Trinity Condominium Management Inc. was created in 2024 to provide Condominium Corporations, Board of Directors, Owners, and their Tenants with a service that prioritizes integrity, communication, education, and constant commitment to everyone involved. With new projects coming soon and others under construction, we are excited to enhance our service offerings.

Providing FULL-SERVICE Condominium Management in the London, Elgin, and surrounding area, with features that are coming soon and under construction. Our services include: 24 Hour Emergency care, Financials, Maintenance, Administrative Needs, Meeting arrangements, Site visits, and Project planning collaboration.

 Adam Blacklock, owner, and incorporator of Trinity Condominium Management Inc has over 20 years experience as an Accountant, and small business owner. Within the scope of his career, financial needs, understanding, and compassion, these will be the driving force of his involvement in Trinity Condominium Management Inc. 

 Alana Haggis, R.C.M. she began her career at an opportune time as the amendments to The Condominium Act, 1998 were just being implemented and introduced. She obtained her Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation in 2017 and holds a valid Condominium Manager Licence. She is dedicated to her properties and provides consistent care.  

 Angelina Albert, our Director of Operations, plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable, arrears, and monthly financial reporting. Her critical support enables our property managers to focus on their properties and projects
